Booking and payment

A booking for a session, workshop or any other service is confirmed once payment has been made. A confirmation email with booking details will be sent.

Cancellation by the client

To cancel, contact us by email at contacto@elsaberinvisible.com or by phone at +34 644 720 480, stating your name and booking details.

If the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice, or the client does not attend without prior notice, the full booking amount is forfeited.

Cancellation by El Saber Invisible

In the exceptional case that a session or workshop needs to be cancelled due to reasons attributable to El Saber Invisible, the client will receive a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Rescheduling

If you need to change the date of your session, you may request this at least 48 hours in advance at no extra cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun with the consumer's express consent. By confirming and paying for a session, the client gives their express consent for the service to begin on the agreed date.
